1. Who we are

This site is operated as an eligibility consultation service for IRS Form 843 protective refund claims under Kwong v. United States and related federal court rulings.

2. Information we collect

Identity information — Name, email address, phone number (optional), state of residence.
Filing type — Personal (1040), Business, or Both.
Marketing attribution — UTM parameters, ad-platform click identifiers (fbclid, gclid), and standard server log data (IP address, user-agent, referrer, page URL).
Authorized filing partner data — If you continue from our eligibility check to the filing partner's intake, the filing partner collects additional information directly. Their privacy policy applies to that step.

3. How we use your information

Confirm your eligibility based on filing type and state.
Route qualifying intakes to our authorized filing partner.
Send service-related emails about the status of your eligibility check.
Measure advertising effectiveness (including via Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API). Personally identifiable fields shared with Meta for matching are SHA-256 hashed before transmission per industry-standard data hygiene.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (i) our authorized filing partner when you continue from the eligibility check, (ii) advertising platforms (Meta) for ad measurement using hashed identifiers, and (iii) law enforcement when required by valid legal process.

5. Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing the contact below. You can opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in any email.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard TLS encryption in transit. Records are retained only as needed to facilitate your eligibility check and ongoing service.
